Rare Voices Australia (RVA), the national peak body for Australians living with a rare disease, is pleased to invite you to a special Parliamentary Event and BBQ Lunch on Wednesday 8 March to commemorate Rare Disease Day 2023 (28 February), hosted by Dr Mike Freelander MP (Chair, Standing Committee on Health, Aged Care and Sport and Co-Chair, Parliamentary Friends of Rare Diseases).

Travel Subsidies (Available to RVA Partner Organisations Only)

RVA will provide a Travel Subsidy to a limited number of RVA Partner organisations to assist with covering costs to attend the Parliamentary Event. Preference will be given to organisations with volunteer staff only. You’ll be able to lodge your interest in applying for a Travel Subsidy when completing the form below. Please read RVA’s Travel Subsidy Policy for the 2023 Rare Disease Day Parliamentary Event before applying.
